Our roasters are designed to last, made of 8/10 stainless steel, we double the standards for the thickness of the walls, supports and mechanisms. Our 10 years of R&D guarantee you a longevity to any test for your services.
Many cooking accessories are available: single and double pick for spit, pair of hooks for beef thighs, satellite chicken trunnion, fork tuning fork, pair of hooks for ham, ham staple, chicken grid, plancha.
All types of wood can be used, ideally a wood which has a drying time of at least 2 years. The type of wood to use depends on the type of food you want to cook and the estimated cooking time. You can use small logs or large sections of 1m to 2m depending on your roasting pan.
We pay particular attention to ensuring that you can operate your business safely with our products. Our experience and our years of research and development have led us to put in place all the necessary safety devices.

RG Feu de Bois was born from the association of a boilermaker and a roasting cook. The 2 partners, helped by their 30 years of experience, combined their know-how and their love of cooking over a wood fire, in order to offer a technicality within everyone’s reach for the organization of country meals.
